Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what AppAnchor collects and how we use it. AppAnchor is a product of Lucid Academy. We keep this short and honest.

What we collect

• Your email, if you create an account, so we can sign you in and contact you about your account.
• Your projects — the answers you give and the apps you build in AppAnchor — so we can save them and sync them across your devices.
• What you type or say into the builder, which we send to our AI provider to generate your guidance and app.
• Basic usage information to keep the Service running and within fair limits.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not see or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Paddle.
• We do not host or hold the apps you go on to publish on your own accounts; those live with you.

Who processes your data

• Supabase — secure storage for your account and saved projects.
• Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that generates your guidance and app code from what you provide.
• Groq — converts your voice notes to text when you use the microphone.
• Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — our Merchant of Record; processes payments and holds the billing details you enter at checkout.
• Vercel — hosts the AppAnchor website.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and projects until you delete them or ask us to. Email us from your account address and we delete everything within 7 days.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing support@lucidai.pro. You can stop using voice input at any time and simply type instead.

Security & governing law

We use reputable providers and industry-standard security, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t put anything into your projects that you wouldn’t want stored. This policy is governed by UAE law.
