Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for AppAnchorsubscriptions purchased at appanchor.app (the “Service”). AppAnchor is a product operated by Lucid Academy. By purchasing a subscription you agree to this policy.

In plain language

Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If AppAnchor isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to every paid AppAnchor plan — Unlimited Monthly ($19/month), Unlimited Yearly ($149/year), and Operator ($49/month) — refundable in full within 14 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, email support@lucidai.profrom the address on your account with the word “Refund” and your order details. A short message is enough.

Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us.
• Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
• You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• After the 14-day window, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a current period, but you will not be charged again.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) until you cancel. We only charge the amount shown on our pricing page for your chosen plan. If a renewal is charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle(Paddle.com Market Ltd), our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency; any currency-conversion differences applied by your bank are outside our control.

Free use

AppAnchor is free to build your first app. No payment is taken for free use, so nothing is charged and nothing needs to be refunded for it.

Exceptional cases

Even outside the 14-day window, if you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access what you paid for, contact us — we review these case by case and aim to be fair.
