These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AppAnchorat appanchor.app (the “Service”). AppAnchor is a product operated by Lucid Academy(“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

What AppAnchor is

AppAnchor is a guided tool that helps you plan and build your own web app, step by step, and shows it to you live. AppAnchor helps you create your app; you are responsible for what you build, publish, and do with it, and for complying with any laws that apply to your app and its users.

Your account

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to make a purchase.

Subscriptions & pricing

• AppAnchor Unlimited is $19/month or $149/year. AppAnchor Operator is $49/month. Prices are in USD.
• Building and keeping your first app is free; Unlimited adds unlimited apps, saving & sync across devices, and priority building; Operator adds removal of the “Made with AppAnchor” badge and the highest build priority. Paid plans renew automatically each cycle until cancelled.
• Billed in advance through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction; we never see or store your card details.
• Prices may change with notice for new billing cycles.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and partial periods are not refunded. Every paid plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee — see our full Refund Policy. You accept these Terms and our Refund Policy before you purchase.

AI-generated content

AppAnchor uses large language models (primarily Anthropic Claude) to generate guidance and app code on your behalf. AI output can contain mistakes; we do not warrant any specific output, and you remain responsible for reviewing and using what is produced. You agree not to use the Service to build anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes others’ rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including not to: attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; resell or redistribute it without permission; or use it to generate spam, malware, or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The AppAnchor brand, design, and software are the property of Lucid Academy. The app you build with AppAnchor is yours. You grant us permission to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will produce a specific result. You are responsible for backing up anything important to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Lucid Academy’s total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Account deletion

Email us from your account address and we delete your account and data within 7 days.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the most recent material change. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
